Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about Acharya. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — our policy is simple, and refunds are processed in full to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
- 100% money‑back, 7 days. If you're not satisfied with a Solo, Family, or Heritage subscription, write to us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full — no questions asked.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
- Auto‑renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The price and renewal date are always shown before you subscribe.
Live consultations
For a scheduled call with an Acharya:
- Cancel 24+ hours before the call and you receive a full refund.
- If the call doesn't happen — the astrologer doesn't attend, or a technical problem on our side prevents it — you receive a full refund automatically.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are reviewed case by case; we're reasonable about genuine emergencies.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and, if relevant, the date of the charge or the consultation. You don't need to explain yourself for a subscription refund within the window.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor.
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when a refund is initiated.
